Yes. Products you see in the picture are exact and original as you see them, and we will always do our best to keep delivering the exact item you purchased to you.

You can cancel your order while it’s still in a Processing status. Once the status changes to Shipped, the order can’t be canceled. Once a cancellation request is submitted, it can’t be undone.

If the order or item is too far along to cancel, most items can be returned.

Use these steps to see if the item or order is still in a Processing status and request a cancellation.

  1. In the upper-right corner of any Shobrand.com page, click the My Account icon.
  2. Select Track Order.
  3. Enter the email address used to place the order and the order number shown on your order confirmation email.
  4. Click Cancel next to the item you wish to attempt to cancel. 
  5. If you do not see a Cancel button, it could be because your order is too far along to cancel or it’s being fulfilled by a Marketplace Seller.

You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting Walmart.com. We send an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.

To track order on Shobrand.com:

  1. 1. Go to Shobrand.com
  2. 2. Select the “My account or avatar icon” in the upper-right corner
  3. 3. Select Track Orders
  4. 4. If you’re not logged in or are tracking a guest order, enter the email address you used to submit your order and your order number.

Order delays can occur for a variety of reasons; for example, items going out of stock after you place your order. We are doing our best to adjust to keep up with the high demand for popular items. We send order update emails as inventory and procedures allow.

 

Shipping Delays

Carriers can be impacted by varied events in certain areas. Check for known shipping delays in your area using the links below.

As soon as you place a Shobrand.com order, we send a confirmation to the email address on file for your account. This email includes your order number, shipping information, and an order summary. If you paid for your order using a credit card, you’ll get the email as soon as the transaction is approved by your financial institution. If the payment fails, we’ll still send an email letting you know how to resubmit your payment. If you are paying with bitcoin, login to your bitcoin wallet and make payment to ONLY the bitcoin address or altcoin address you see on shobrand.com checkout page.

Note: do not send bitcoin funds to any other wallet other than the one you see on shobrand.com checkout page.

If you lose your confirmation email, you can still view your order status and delivery date when you log in to

If you return your item back to the seller or Shobrand, you should see the money appear on your original payment method within five business days, even if you paid through bitcoins and altcoins (depending on your financial institution).

If you return an item you purchased with a Shobrand Gift Card or eGift Card, you should see the refund appear immediately on the gift card you used. Be sure to hang on to your gift card until you are sure you want to keep everything you bought with it.

If we have to cancel an order or item, we’ll email you right away to ask how you prefer to get your money back.

If you lost or forgot your Shobrand.com password, you can easily reset it using the following steps:

  1. Open the forgot password page.
  2. Enter the email address registered to your Shobrand.com account.
  3. Select Request Verification Code.
  4. Check your email for the code/link. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
    • This code/link expires after 24 hours. If your code expired, you can request a new one using the steps above.
  5. Enter the code and a new password that you haven’t used before.
  6. Select Submit.
  7. Sign in using your new password.

When creating a new password, you can’t use either of your last two passwords.

1. Package and seal the item the same way it was sent to you.

2. Send the item back using the sellers preferred return method.
