I would give it 10 stars if that was an option. :)
The only thing I would say that is a negative is that I don’t see a way to clasp it shut so it just stays wide open. But, that’s something anyone should be able to live with. Lol

1. Easy to use: If you have used a flat iron, you can use this first time out of the box. And the results are much better than a flat iron. No plate marks, curls are curvy instead of straight, hair does not snag on plates, temp can be adjusted to multiple types of hair. For my fine hair, I set the temp at 330.
2. Nicely wrapped and packed: Opening the box, it feels much more expensive than its actual cost. I particularly like the fact that it includes a silicon protection pad and a nice travel pouch.
3 Price: I gazed longingly at the high priced competitor but couldn't bring myself to pay $150+ for ANOTHER hair tool. This works so well I am so glad I went for this one.
4. My hair started out looking like a frizz mop and ended up looking fabulous (used heat protectant, of course).
Not sure how it would work on heavy, thick hair, but for hair like mine I would highly recommend.
