How to return an item?

Before you buy a product, check the return policy, then follow these 3 simple steps

1. Start Your Return

Package and seal the item same way it was sent to you.

2. Ship The Item Back

Send the item back using the sellers preferred return method

3. Get Your Refund

Your money will be refunded or item replaced, when the item have been sent back.

Refund and exchange Policy

Buyers have 6 days to return a sellers defected product after purchase, unless noted in our exceptions, such as opening a dispute within 5 days from delivery date and having 30 days to return items to a customer service provided address for internationally shipped products. You should return through sellers preferred method or through any other method convenient for non-vendor items given to you. Please provide your receipt or Shobrand.com purchase order number and we will either refund the purchase price to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.

Place your request for a return or a refund from the date of delivery. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive within the expected period, then place your refund request of the most recent estimated date of delivery. We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these time frames.


1. You can cancel an order within 12 hours from the time you placed it (Same Day Cancellation). Same Day Cancellations may be credited with shobrand wallet refund systems.


2. If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably inconsistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some image and video evidence of the issue – typically just a photo or two, with a video via the customer care support – and you may be required to return the item which can also be exchanged or replaced back to the sellers preferred shipment method and address. For parts missing which affects products function, shobrand will also issue a refund.


3. Return and refund requests can also be placed from your dashboard and dispute can be placed from our live chat support, or alternatively mail us at our contact page.


4. After the Same Day Cancellation period, and (12 hours from order placement) has passed, Shobrand will not consider refund requests unless the latest estimated arrival date has passed or the item has arrived and item delivered is incorrect damaged or broken, or of different colour and size, depending on sellers stated policy for the purchased item.


5. After shobrand approves a cancellation or refund and (in certain cases) confirms the successful return of the item from a customer back to the seller, Shobrand will return or credit the amount of the purchase to customer. Note that customers have 1-6 days from delivery date to apply for refund, failure to apply for refund or exchange during the specified period would warrant shobrand to consider the customer as 100% satisfied, and refund would no longer be processed for such customer. Also, any fees for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded and (as described above) in some cases the customer will be responsible for paying shipping fees in returning items.


Shobrand reserves the right to:

ii. Refuse any refund if it in good faith, does not meet our terms requirements on refund policy, and suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of our terms.

iii. Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of our terms.

iiii. Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of our terms. This Policy may be updated from time to time.
