Upon registering as a seller with shobrand, we kindly request all users who have signed up for our free, starter, compact, and premium plans to allow up to 24 hours for verification and store approval. Once your store is approved, you will gain access to the “STORE MANAGER” option in your shobrand user account dashboard. Click on the store manager option to view your seller dashboard or log in directly through the seller page.

2. Sellers should note that there is a 10% seller fee applicable for each product sold on our platform. This fee also covers the commission paid to our affiliates who help market your products online and on other platforms to reach more customers and making them sellable on shobrand, as well as the utilization of our services. The 10% fee will be deducted from each sale, and your payment will be processed to your account on the 7th day following the delivery date to customers. This timeline allows for any potential refund or exchange requests to be resolved and helps prevent unnecessary disputes.

3. It is essential for sellers to print their shipping label invoice and shobrand stickers from the “orders” dashboard. These packaging materials must be affixed to your packaging items before shipping the products to customers.

4. We strongly advise all sellers to take their businesses seriously and aim to cultivate a customer base that returns to their shops for repeat purchases. Providing excellent customer service, offering high-quality products, and ensuring professional packaging are key factors in achieving this. Please refrain from using Nylon materials and/or polythene bags for packaging, as failure to comply with this guideline may result in the deactivation of your shop.

5. Do not use a store banner or store logo which contains your contact informations, like address, phone number, social account details . This is to keep you safe from spammers, a real buyer or customer will get your contact details on their invoice receipt after a successful purchase.

6. Protect your business from potential scams by exercising caution when dealing with buyers. Beware of individuals who request your private contact details and make enticing offers. Such interactions are likely to be scams. A genuine buyer will only inquire about coupon code discounts. It is best to adhere to the prices you have published for your products in your store. Please note that all communication between buyers and sellers is monitored by our system as notifications. Therefore, it is crucial to refrain from engaging with buyers outside the designated inquiry chatbox.

If you encounter any suspicious buyer activity, please report it to us immediately at [email protected]  or by using the live chat at our contact page. We will take the necessary actions and also block the IP address associated with the reported buyer. To ensure your security, please avoid falling victim to enticing offers from buyers and restrict your communication to within the shobrand platform or app. Failure to comply may limit our ability to assist you in the event of a scam.
